There's a magic moment when you drive along Caves Rd and into the Boranup Karri Forest - I call this section the pixie forest, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Tall Karri trees stretch across the valley, and luckily there's a bay to pull over in and take in the beauty of it all. If you turn along Boranup Drive you can get amongst the Karri and explore further. It is in here that you'll also find some magical spots for your dream south west forest wedding.
The Boranup Forest is understandably a popular spot for weddings, and you'll see me posting ceremony photos from there in the coming months as I have a few there this wedding season.
