Ceremonies to Cherish

My full inclusive package. A wonderfully personalised ceremony to suit you and your beautiful day.  My fee includes:

• Completion and lodgement of all legal documents as required.
• All of your meetings – from our first chat to get to know each other to our final pre-wedding discussion and everything in between.  I’m also more than happy to arrange video meetings if distance is an issue.
• Access to my helpful ceremony resources package.
• Preparation of your personalised ceremony, tailored to meet your needs for your special day. I have resources to help get the ideas flowing including information and experience in planning and including rituals such as Handfastings, Sand Unity Ceremonies and more.
• Option to review the draft ceremony – we will work together until you’re happy with the finished product.
• Pre-ceremony run through via phone/video or onsite wedding rehearsal pending availability.
• Travel – I live in the Perth Hills (Glen Forrest), and include a travel allowance of 60km within my standard fee.  Extra travel quoted individually.
• Officiating at your ceremony on the day – I’ll be there 30-45 minutes beforehand and make sure you’re married by the end!
• Use of my portable sound system which I can use anywhere to make sure the ceremony can be heard (weather and local council permitting).  This can also be used to play music through for the ceremony.
• A sweet little keepsake copy of your ceremony.

Small and Sweet

My elopement package for a sweet and simple ceremony designed for small gatherings (up to 15 people) with options for personalised ring exchanges, vows and readings.

• Completion and lodgement of all legal documents as required.
• A meeting to sign the NOIM and plan your ceremony – via video or in person
• Access to my ceremony resources package for small ceremonies.
• Preparation of your sweet and simple ceremony. You will be sent a draft of your ceremony script for review and feedback. 
• Pre-ceremony meeting via phone/video or in-person
• Travel – I live in the Perth Hills (Glen Forrest), and include a 40km travel allowance within my standard fee for Small and Sweet ceremonies.  Extra travel quoted individually.
• Officiating at your ceremony on the day – I’ll be there 20-30 minutes beforehand (depending on the setting) and make sure you’re married by the end!
• Optional use of small signing table
• A sweet little keepsake copy of your ceremony.

Extra costs are at my discretion and quoted at booking including:

• Travel beyond my included travel allowance – travel costs may include extra mileage plus time. These are individually costed depending on distance and availability.
• Accommodation expenses if required.
• Props and materials for special rituals – I usually encourage my couples to source these items, however if required, they will be individually costed and discussed at the preparation meetings.
• Jumping out of airplanes or arriving via helicopter 😉
